World Clean Earth Day - Green Energy

Sep 18,2023 | Anfuote

Origin of action

In 1987, when Australian Mr. Ian Keenan was circling the earth in a single-man sailboat, he saw garbage floating in the sea and felt deeply that he had to do something. After returning to Sydney, he launched Clean Sydney Harbor Day with the help of friends. With support from the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), World Cleanup Day was held for the first time in 1993.

The third Sunday in September every year is "World Clean Earth Day". As the home we all live in together, with the development of industrialization, industrial waste and domestic garbage have increased significantly. The limited self-purification ability of the earth can no longer bear the increasing pressure. The development, promotion and application of clean energy have therefore attracted the attention of countries around the world.

Today is the 36th World Clean Earth Day. As an international social action, it is also one of the most important environmental protection activities in the world. More than 125 countries and 40 million people participate every year.

Action Initiative

With the development of industrialization, the amount of industrial waste and domestic garbage is increasing day by day. The limited self-purification ability of the earth can no longer withstand the increasingly heavy pressure. Solving environmental problems has become the focus of keen concern from all walks of life. ANFUOTE focuses on the development of green power and electrochemical energy storage technology research and development, and always insists on providing customers with safe and reliable energy storage solutions, promoting the low-carbon transformation of global energy, and working together towards a clean and sustainable future. At this important moment of World Clean Earth Day, ANFUOTE calls on everyone to take action in daily life, start from green and low carbon, care for Mother Earth and be a "green builder" of a clean environment.

Improving our living environment and protecting our common home has always been advocated by World Cleanliness Day. ANFUOTE also practices it with its own actions, using new clean energy products, new technologies, and system solutions to maintain environmental cleanliness.
